Kylie Kaspar is a passionate Indianapolis arts advocate and nonprofit professional, skilled in development strategy and fundraising. You might recognize her from her social media work at festivals and concerts around the city--though since COVID, she has focused on documenting and fostering a friendship between a frequent squirrel visitor and her two cats.

Kylie holds a Masters in Philanthropic Studies from the IU Lilly Family School of Philanthropy and has worked at a variety of local arts organizations. In her most recent role at the Indianapolis Art Center as the Individual Giving & Annual Fund Manager, she spearheaded the organization's first digital day of giving, resulting in the Art Center's largest single-day of fundraising.

Her previous experience includes internships at the Indianapolis Symphony Orchestra and Heartland Film Festival, graduate work at the Indianapolis Ballet, and volunteer experience with the Virginia Avenue Music Festival, Chreece, Fourth Sunday, and as former Vice President of the American Pianists' Association Young Professionals' board. She is also a co-founder of Soundspace.
